Senior Account Executive Job Description – Duties and Responsibilities

  • Venue sourcing, multi destination proposal writing and proposal & cost sheet execution for all designated enquiries
  • Responding to all new enquiries into the business and distributing and delegating enquiries in a timely and efficient manner as directed by the Account Manager
  • Dealing with high call volumes from suppliers and clients, and being proactive in dealing with these calls
  • Creating RFP’s and RFI’s to be distributed to the partner network and global suppliers
  • Updating and maintaining accuracy of your accounts and opportunities in Salesforce
  • Planning of global site inspections and agenda preparation for the same
  • Close and engaging working relationship with current, past and on-going clients
  • Up-selling all our services to clients at the appropriate time (full service event management, registration, event apps)
  • Contribute to various monthly reporting as directed by Account Manager
  • Key account execution as directed by Account Manager
    • Accounts assigned to you from the Account Manager
    • Growing accounts by revenue and number of confirmed leads
    • Cultivating new opportunities within existing accounts
    • Sales campaigns from database
    • Proactive sales activity (trade shows / sales calls / FAM trip)
